Privacy Policy
Farris Factory is a studio site with one form on it. This policy is short because there is very little to say.
What we collect
One thing: what you type into the contact form on this site — your name, your email address, and optionally your company, what you are looking for, and your message. Nothing else is asked for, and there is no account to create.
We do not collect payment details anywhere on this site.
Where it goes
The form is delivered by Formspree, a third-party form service, which processes and forwards the submission to us. Your message passes through and is retained by Formspree under their terms as well as ours. If you would rather not use a third-party service, email chase@farrisfactory.com directly — it reaches the same place.
Submissions are used to answer you. They are not sold, rented, or shared with advertisers, and they are not added to a marketing list.
How long we keep it
Enquiries are kept while a conversation is live and for a reasonable period afterwards in case it resumes. Ask us to delete yours sooner and we will.
Your choices
Email chase@farrisfactory.com to see what we hold about you, correct it, or have it deleted. We will confirm once it is done.
Changes
If this policy changes materially, the change will be reflected here. This page is listed in the site’s sitemap so it can be found without hunting for it.
