Farris Factory is a studio site with one form on it. This policy is short because there is very little to say.
What we collect
One thing: what you type into the contact form on this site — your name, your email address, and optionally your company, what you are looking for, and your message. Nothing else is asked for, and there is no account to create.
We do not collect payment details anywhere on this site.
Where it goes
The form is delivered to the GoGeno portal at app.gogeno.com, which is operated by Farris Factory and is where the submission is stored and worked. It is not handed to a third-party form service. If the portal cannot be reached the page offers you a direct email instead, and nothing is sent anywhere in between. Either way you can email admin@FarrisFactory.com directly — it reaches the same place.
Submissions are used to answer you. They are not sold, rented, or shared with advertisers, and they are not added to a marketing list.
How long we keep it
Enquiries are kept while a conversation is live and for a reasonable period afterwards in case it resumes. Ask us to delete yours sooner and we will.
Your choices
Email admin@FarrisFactory.com to see what we hold about you, correct it, or have it deleted. We will confirm once it is done.
Changes
If this policy changes materially, the change will be reflected here. This page is listed in the site’s sitemap so it can be found without hunting for it.
